The Los Angeles Valley College Student Health Center is operated by Valley Community Healthcare. Currently enrolled students who pay their Semester Health Fee have access to Medical and Behavioral Health Services. Call  (818) 763-8836, option 4 to schedule your, Non-Behavioral Health, appointment.  Students who wish to schedule Behavioral Health Services, please contact Noemy Perez, Case Manager, at (818) 763-8836 ext. 1769, and mention that you are a currently enrolled student at LAVC. If you have medical or psychiatric emergency please call 9-1-1.

Services Not Covered by the Student Health Fee

The Student Health Center offers additional services  that are not covered by the Heatlh Fee. Services include: lab tests, screenings and immunizations. Payments for non-covered services are due at time of visit. Prices are listed here.

Check-in Procedures

Review check-in procedures prior to your visit. The Student Health Center continues to follow the state and LA County safety guidelines in managing patient access, maintaining personal distances, and mandating wearing masks inside the Student Health Center. All visitors will be self-check-in at the kiosk, prior to entering the Center, and answer COVID-19 screening questions, have temperature checked and get a Screened sticker before entering the waiting area.  To protect you and our staff, and manage personal distance guidelines, masks are required and a limited number of patients will be allowed in the waiting area. Valley Community Healthcare provides a wide range of patient services at their North Hollywood Center and North Hills Center.  VCH's doctors work together with health specialists to treat all the issues that affect a patient’s physical condition and mental well-being, including diet, exercise, and substance misuse.
