At Los Angeles Valley College, California Residents pay only $46 per unit for classes. You can save thousands of dollars when you complete your lower division requirements at Los Angeles Valley College before transferring to a four-year institution. Valley College offers a variety of high-quality general education courses as other colleges and universities, but for a fraction of the price.

Here's what you can expect to pay at Los Angeles Valley College:

California Residents - $46 per unit (Effective July 1, 2012)

Non-resident students must also pay the per unit enrollment fee, in addition to the following non-resident tuition:

Students from another state - $332 per unit (Effective 2022-2023)

Students from another country (F1-VISA) - $332 per unit plus a $25 SEVIS fee (Effective 2022-2023)

Health Service Fee - $19 per semester (Fall or Spring); $16 per semester (Winter or Summer)

Audit Fee - $15 per unit

Student Representation Fee - optional $2 per semester

Associated Student Union Membership Fee - $10 per semester (Fall or Spring); $3 per semester (Winter or Summer).

Parking Fee - $20 per semester (Fall or Spring); $7 per semester (Winter or Summer). Parking permits are not required for student parking spaces for the Spring, Summer, and Fall 2022 sessions.
