STEP 2
Research CAPS and Majors
Learn more about LAVC Career and Academic Pathways (CAPS). Explore majors that are a good fit for you.

STEP 3
Explore Careers
What can you do with your major? Learn more about careers you can pursue with different majors and degrees.
STEP 4
Prepare to Transfer
Interested in transferring to a four-year university? Learn about your transfer options and how LAVC can help get there.

STEP 5
Action Plan
Once you know your major and have a good idea on your transfer options, meet with a counselor to create a Comprehensive Student Educational Plan to map out your classes.
