Creating Healthy Relationships Seminar

Do you feel safe in all of your relationships? Would you know the signs if they weren't healthy?  Join us to discuss what healthy relationships should look like.

Talking points will include:

• Types of relationships, red flags and warning signs of unhealthy relationships.
• Setting boundaries and positive communication.
• Values, positive coping, healthy strategies, and affirming and loving yourself.

Lunch will be provided for those that stay for the event.
