Registration begins on Thursday, May 8 for non-matriculated continuing students, students with 100+ degree applicable units districtwide, continuing students not in good standing, new and returning students applying after the cutoff date to assign priority registration appointments. Don’t Forget to Pay Your Fees!
The LACCD has a new Fee Payment Policy. Beginning Summer 2025, students in credit classes must pay the enrollment fees (or make financial arrangements with their home campus) by the published “due date” or they will be dropped from classes. Enrollment fees include CA residents, Nonresident tuition, and F1 International fees. Learn how to set up a Payment Plan.
Job Opportunity: Summer Student Workers wanted at the Child Development Center
The Child Development Center is looking for student workers to help in the classroom for the Summer Preschool and School Age program. Applicants must have completed 6 Child Development units and be available to work Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm or 11am-3pm. Don’t miss the ARC’s free online Math support workshops on Fridays. The Math 227 “Chapter 10 Correlation” workshop is at 10:30 a.m., and the Math 259/260 “Polar coordinates, De Moivre’s Theorem, Vectors & The Dot Product” workshop is at 1 p.m. These workshops will help you understand the content taught by your Math professor, prepare for test and exams, and earn higher grades!
The Wedding Singer: The Musical Comedy
Friday-Saturday, May 15-17 & 22-24 at 8:15 p.m. & Sunday, May 18 at 2:30 p.m. at Theatre 68 Complex’s Emerson Theater in North Hollywood
The LAVC Theater & Dance Department proudly presents The Wedding Singer, a Tony Award-nominated musical based on the hit 1998 film of the same name. This is a feel-good, hilarious, and charming musical following the life of Robbie Hart in 1985 New Jersey.
Applied/Faculty Mentor Concert
Saturday, May 17 at 7 p.m. in the Music Recital Hall
Applied music students who are completing the program will present a final recital concert, including performances in collaboration with music faculty.
