LAVC Ranked #2 Real Estate Program in the State

The California Community College Real Estate Education Center has recognized LA Valley College’s Real Estate Program as one of the Top 20 Real Estate Programs by Enrollment for Fall 2024. The program is in the #2 spot for second year in a row out of the 116 California Community Colleges.

The California Community Colleges Real Estate Education Center is funded by the Real Estate Education Endowment at the Foundation for California Community Colleges and the California Community College’s Chancellor’s Office.

The Real Estate program is housed within the Business Administration Department at Los Angeles Valley College. The associate's degree in Real Estate will meet the needs of persons currently employed in (or who would like to enter) the Real Estate field, and prepares individuals who are interested in becoming salespersons, brokers, appraisers, escrow officers, property managers, and community developers. For more information about the program, visit the LAVC Real Estate Area of Study.
