Success in STEM isn’t just about hard work—it’s about setting clear goals and staying motivated along the way. Join LAVC MESA for a workshop is designed for STEM students, who want to build focus, resilience, and momentum in their academic journey.

You’ll learn how to set realistic short- and long-term goals, break them down into manageable steps, and stay motivated even when challenges arise. Through interactive activities, we’ll explore strategies to overcome procrastination, develop a growth mindset, and celebrate progress. By the end, you’ll leave with a personalized action plan to keep you moving forward in your studies and beyond.
