MESA: Time Management & Time Blocking for STEM students

Struggling to balance classes, labs, homework, and life? Join LAVC MESA for an interactive Time Management and Time Blocking workshop is designed specifically for STEM students at Los Angeles Valley College, who want to take control of their schedules and reduce stress.

You’ll learn practical strategies to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of demanding coursework. We’ll introduce you to time blocking—a powerful planning method that helps you structure your day and make steady progress toward your goals. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with tools and a personalized plan to stay organized, boost productivity, and make time for both academic success and self-care.
