AUDITIONS: The Rimers of Eldritch

The LAVC Theater & Dance Department is holding auditions for its Fall 2025 production, The Rimers of Eldritch.

About the play: A crime has been committed? Will it be judged in court, in church, or through the whispers of the people of this decaying Bible Belt town? Set in Eldritch, Missouri, The Rimers of Eldritch by Lanford Wilson, explores the value of truth, even when it’s inconvenient.

Preliminary Auditions

Attend either day of Preliminary Auditions and perform a 2-minute monologue. Select material from any play. Memorized material only, please.

NOTE: You will be asked to share your full availability for the rehearsal schedule at auditions, so bring your calendar to complete an audition form accurately.

When:
Tuesday, September 16 from 4-7 p.m. &
Wednesday, September 17 from 4-7 p.m.
(Attend either day)

Location: Admin 2 classroom.

Callbacks

Callbacks will be held on September 18 from 7-10PM. Attending callbacks is by invitation only.

Times: Thursday–Saturday @ 8:15 p.m. and Sunday @ 2:30 p.m.
