Self-Defense Workshop with the Rainbow Pride Center

The LAVC Rainbow Pride Center (RPC) invites you to a Self-Defense Workshop led by Dr. Vanessa Carlisle.

Come and learn verbal boundary setting skills, and self-defense techniques. No experience needed! Open to all.
