Free Wednesday Concert: Music for Political Expression - Support and Protest

The LAVC Music Department proudly presents its Fall 2025 Free Wednesday Concert Series featuring a concert on the theme of "Music for Political Expression - Support and Protest".
This concert features LAVC Faculty Member Darrin Stafford and his contemporary ensemble performing a variety of commercial music, including:
- “Heart to Heart” written by Kenny Loggins,
- “Açaí” written by Djavan,
- “Pride and Joy” written by Stevie Ray Vaughan;
- “Someday We’ll All Be Free” written by Donny Hathaway, and
- “Hangin’ Out” written by Darrin Stafford.
Note: Dates and performers at the Free Wednesday Concerts are subject to change.
