According to Phillip Moffitt, guided meditation allows the self to be present and find clear intentions based on what matters the most to you. Meditation provides an opportunity to focus on the things your heart desires to turn them from words into actions based on your inner values. Learn to center the mind, body, and spirit through guided meditations.
