Black Lives Matter: Student Voices Padlet

LAVC has created a Student Padlet, Black Lives Matter: Student Voices, for students to have a safe space to support our Black student community, reflect, share their thoughts, and address systemic racism in the United States.

Chromebooks Now Available at the LAVC Bookstore

Did you get a laptop grant to buy a Chromebook for your online classes? The LAVC Bookstore has HP Chromebooks that are available for purchase. To buy online, visit to LAVC Bookstore Webpage (click the “Student Buy/Sell” tab, go to “General Merchandise” link, and then choose the “Technology” icon).

LA County Registrar’s Office Vote by Mail Ballot Box by Lot G

LA Valley College is a Vote by Mail Drop Box location! You can drop off your ballet at the Drop Box located on Burbank Boulevard near Parking Lot G until Election Day (Nov. 3) at 8 pm. To learn more, visit the lavote.net webpage.

Virtual Art Exhibition – MMXX: Art Faculty Biennial

October 12-December 30

The LAVC Art Gallery proudly presents MMXX: Art Faculty Biennial Exhibition, a virtual exhibit of works created by LAVC Art Faculty Carol Bishop, Jamison Carter, Phung Huynh, Jenene Nagy, and Katie Queen. The gallery will also produce a catalogue designed by Professor Tom Mossman. This exhibition and catalogue are funded in part through the generosity of the June Harwood Grant.
