Spring Schedule Now Available!

The Los Angeles Valley College Spring 2022 Schedule of Classes is now available online. Spring classes start on February 7, 2022.

Choose from a variety of class options, including: 

  • In-Person: Face-to-face on-campus class with an instructor 
  • Online Synchronous: Interacting online with instructor at set times 
  • Online Asynchronous: Fully online, independent work 
  • Hybrid: Face-to-face on-campus class with an online component

Reminder on Spring 2022 Limitation of Enrollment

If you are planning to enroll and attend in-person or hybrid classes on campus during the Spring 2022 semester, you must show proof of vaccination or have an approved exemption for religious or medical reasons with the District by November 19, 2021.

Need to get vaccinated? Get a $150 Bookstore Gift Card with your on-campus dose at our on-campus Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, November 17 in 8 a.m.-4 p.m. in Parking Lot A.

Last Chance! Upload Vaccination Proof or Request an Exemption by November 19

As a friendly reminder, students have until until 5 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2021 to provide proof of vaccination or submit an exemption, and complete a baseline test to be in compliance with the Districtwide vaccine mandate, Board Policy 2900.

Spring 2022 Limitation of Enrollment: Any student who plans to enroll and attend Spring 2022 in-person or hybrid classes on campus must have proof of vaccination or have an approved exemption with the District by November 19, 2022.

Say "NO" to Domestic Violence

Spend your day with us at the Say "NO" to Domestic Violence Event hosted by ASU. The event will feature a special self-defense course along with goodie bags and free food. Please RSVP at Say NO to Domestic Violence  to save your spot! There is limited seating.

Biocept is offering baseline and weekly COVID-19 testing at LA Valley College for students and employees (by appointment only) on Mondays and Tuesdays in Engineering 100. COVID-19 Vaccination & Booster Clinic

LAVC is partnering with Fulgent Genetics to hold an on-campus COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for students, employees and the public to get the vaccine or booster/third dose. No appointment needed; all three vaccines options will be available. Plus, LAVC students and employees who get vaccinated or the booster at this event will receive a $150 gift card to the LAVC Bookstore.

Join Assemblymember Adrin Nazarian for a COVID-19 Vaccine Virtual Questions & Answers with a special presentation of COVID-19 vaccination facts from local Armenian doctors specializing in pediatrics, gynecology, and family medicine. The college is closed on Thursday-Friday, November 25-26 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Campus offices and services will reopen, and classes will resume on Monday, November 29.
