CAMPUS CLOSED - Independence Day

Monday, July 5

Valley College will be closed on Monday, July 5 in observance of the Independence Day holiday on July 4. The campus offices and services reopen and Summer classes will resume on Tuesday, July 6.

Welcome Center Offering In-Person Registration Assistance by Appointment

Appointments: Monday & Wednesday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. & Tuesday & Thursday 2-6 p.m.

The LAVC Welcome Center is now accepting appointments for in-person application assistance. The Welcome Center is also offering remote assistance with general questions, help with Canvas or the SIS, registration assistance, and much more. Family Fest COVID Vaccination and Health Fair

Saturday, July 17 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Come to the Family Fest COVID Vaccination and Health Fair on Saturday, June 26 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at LA Valley College to get your COVID-19 Vaccination, free haircuts and free health screenings. Walk-ups are welcome.  No appointment needed / no health insurance.

Summer Intersession 2021 – 2nd 5-Weeks Session

Day and evening classes begin for Summer Term 2021 (2nd 5-Weeks) on July 19, 2021.

COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-Up Event

Saturday, July 31 (2nd dose) from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

LAVC is partnering with Care Ambulance Service to hold a second on-campus Covid-19 Vaccination pop-up event on July 31 to allow students, employees and the public (over the age of 12) to receive up to two doses of the vaccine. All three vaccines options will be available. For each dose an LAVC Summer/Fall student or LAVC employees receives at this location, he/she receives a $75 gift card to the LAVC Bookstore.
