The LAVC Student Health Center is Here to Help!

So much about the COVID 19 virus and the way it affects our lives is out of our control. Not knowing how to plan for the future, adds to our frustration and concerns, but there are small ways we can adapt and learn to cope. Force yourself to think positively and celebrate small successes. Don't forget what is personally and academically important to you. Not sharing your thoughts and feelings with others, means that your worries stay with you. These are unusual times and it's okay to look for outside support. Support is available virtually to all enrolled students through the LAVC Student Health Center. Contact us Monday- Thursday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at (818) 763-8836, press option 4. Call today!
