Here we demystify the process of podcasting by examining the fundamentals of podcasting, including what is a podcast, how a podcast can be used in a class, and how to look up other podcasts for use in your course.

Here we will actually produce a podcast that you can use in your course. Come with your script (or script ideas) and any pictures you want. You will be leaving with your own podcast.

Introduction to Photoshop
Enhance those visuals you use in your blogs or PowerPoints. Add dramatic touches, or just take a photograph of you and with a few simple strokes, look much younger. This class will demonstrate using the tools of Photoshop to make your visuals much more appealing.

Turning your notes into an electronic presentation is simple. This session starts with your text. Adds pictures. Mixes in sound. And most importantly, tells you how to post to the internet where your students can view, download, and save them.

Introduction to Blogs
It’s fast, free and easy to create a professionally looking blog. No special software is needed. It doesn’t matter if you are a pc or mac user. This session will show you how to create a “virtual classroom” by posting your syllabus, assignments, and other handouts online for your students to view. Upload videos and pictures. And of course, post words of wisdom.
