Official Transcript
You may order your transcripts one of the following ways:
- Print a copy of your unofficial transcript for free by using the Student Information System.
- Order your official transcript or verification of enrollment by mail (Payment by check or money order must be enclosed).
- Order your official transcript or verification of enrollment in person at the Admissions Office. (Payments in person must be made by cash, money order or check only. Credit/debit cards are NOT accepted.)
Regular Official Transcripts and Verifications of Enrollment will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days.
If you need your transcript or verification of enrollment immediately, you may order a Rush Official Transcripts and Verifications of Enrollment for a small fee. Rush Official Transcripts and Verifications of Enrollment will be processed immediately upon request.
Please note:
If you are requesting transcripts for someone other than yourself you must have written permission from the student. Transcript request will not be processed without student signature. Please read the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Transcript Request Fees
The fees for Official Transcripts or Verifications of Enrollment are as follows:
Transcripts/Verifications…………...……..Free of Charge* (limit 2 per student)
Additional Transcripts …………………...$3 each
Additional Verifications…………………..$3 each
Rush Transcripts/Verifications………..…$7 each (if you haven’t used your free ones)
Additional Rush Transcripts……..………$10 each
Additional Rush Verifications …………...$10 each
* You are entitled to two (2) free copies of your Official Transcript or Verification of Enrollment in your lifetime (excluding rush transcripts or verifications of enrollment).
