SLO Forms
The following are the forms that are needed to submit SLOs and assessment cycle reports. Course and Program-Level SLOs are reviewed by the Valley College Curriculum Committee and then forwarded to the Senate. All other SLOs and all assessment reports are reviewed by the SLO Steering Committee.
