The following are the forms that are needed to submit SLOs and assessment cycle reports. Course and Program-Level SLOs are reviewed by the Valley College Curriculum Committee and then forwarded to the Senate. All other SLOs and all assessment reports are reviewed by the Outcomes Assessment Committee (OAC).
Course Outcomes submissions will be evaluated using the SLO Checklist. This tool includes criteria for developing appropriate SLOs.
