REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR CAMP
Registration hours are from 8:00 am to 6:45 pm, Monday through Thursday at the Community Services Extension Office or on Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Credit card registration is available 24 hours/day by fax machine (818) 947-2930. You must complete and submit all camp registration forms before paying by phone or fax. Registration prices include material fees. Each camper receives a free camp T-shirt (one per summer to wear on camp activity days). Extra camp T- shirts may be purchased for $6 at the Community Services Office. ALL forms must be filled out completely before a child may be placed in the camp or assigned to a group.

COUNSELOR & JUNIOR COUNSELOR POSITIONS
Counselors (18+): If you are enthusiastic, responsible, enjoy working with children and desire a fun productive summer, we want to talk to you. Do you possess expertise or certification in the areas of arts & crafts, sports, lifeguarding, first aid, computers, etc.? Monarch Camp is providing the opportunity for a few good candidates to become counselors.

Junior counselors (14-17): You may assist our adult counselors with a group of campers. They gain valuable work experience, which can be used on future employment references. Junior counselors (J.C.'s) serve in a voluntary capacity. J.C.'s receive a token monetary stipend in addition to the thorough training and excellent experience they receive. CAMP FEES
