MANDATORY MEETING UPDATE

Thank you for attending our mandatory meeting on Monday, June 21, 2010.

As we discussed, the L.A. Scholars Program requires numerous documents to be submitted, as well as, a significant time commitment. We have supplied links to the following forms that you will need.

Please be sure to complete all the necessary eligibility documents and return them to us on Friday, June 25 in Room CC 104 from 9 am to 5 pm only. Also, please review the calendar to ensure that you can complete the program.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON JUNE 25.
