The original grant application identified (RFA) several activity categories to meet the goals and objectives.

  • conduct a regional needs assessment
  • update and improve exisiting equipment
  • expand the school's participation in professional organizations and promote involvement by other community colleges
  • extend the exisiting multi-faceted regional advisory committee of recognized experts in the New Media/Multimedia/Entertainment industry and other complementary and private entities
  • establish and maintain the posting of curricular models and instructional models at the Economic and Workforce Development Website
  • continue to develop and deliver in-service training activities for community college faculty
  • sustain and execute new collaborative agreements with other regional centers
  • implement additional model articulation agreements and collaborative partnerships with other K-12 schools, four-year universities, and/or private tarining institutions
  • expand existing regional marketing products and activities
  • acquire a higher level of in-depth expertise in industry-specific sections in the broader field of New Media/Multimedia Entertainment Industry
  • write an annual initiative plan and set benchmarks for performance
