The purpose of Hiring Prioritization Committee
The purpose of the Hiring Prioritization Committee is to develop long-range staffing plans for the college and prioritization procedures to fill vacancies. Prioritization of requests for faculty, classified and administrative positions occur in accordance with the Educational Master Plan and college mission. The HPC recommends local policy to IEC on matters such as minimum staffing levels, FON obligation, prioritization of growth opportunities.
