Textbook Vouchers

To remain eligible for a textbook voucher, continuing EOPS students must complete the following four (4) steps:

 

1. Meet with an EOPS counselor two (2) times during the fall and spring semesters.
2. Submit a progress card by the deadline for each fall and spring semester.  It should be sgned by all current instructors.
3. Complete 12 or more units each semester at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC).
4. Enroll in 12 or more units during the priority registration period at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC) .

Textbook voucher amounts vary depending on State funding. Also, textbook vouchers are mailed to continuing students prior to the beginning of each semester. New students must pick up their textbook voucher on or after the second day of classes.
