Counseling Department
Registration Drop-in Counseling
From January 30 – February 16 (our high demand period) students may meet with a counselor during our special drop-in hours for brief (5 – 10 min.) assistance with Spring registration and to answer quick questions.
Drop-in Counseling is available on a first-come, first-serve basis by visiting the Counseling Department in the Student Services Annex during the days and hours below and signing in at our front desk. Please note: No appointment is necessary, however, at times there may be a long wait to see a counselor, particularly in the evening.
Mondays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.; 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays- Thursdays: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
A limited number of appointments have been set aside for students with the following needs:
- Veterans Student Education Plans
- Financial Aid Extension Appeals
If you are in one of the above groups, please call (818) 947-2600, extension 4200 to request an appointment.
Scheduling for 30 minute regular counseling appointments will resume on Tuesday, February 14.
