How to Register
If you never attended Los Angeles Valley College or if you stopped attending for two or more semesters, you will need to complete an admissions application. You can go to the Admissions Office or bunaglow 13 (next to parking lot "H") to obtain an application form. If you attend an off-campus class, forms will be provided to you. after completing the admissions process, you may enroll in classes.
Easy Enrollment
1. New students may enroll at the Admissions Office or when attending the first class.
2. Returning students are mailed registration appointment cards and then enroll at the Admissions Office, by phone, at http://www.lavc.edu/, or in class.
Before Enrolling in ESL Classes
ESL students take the noncredit ESL placement test. To find out more about course placement, go to bungalow 13, call (818) 947-2976, or ask your instructor.
Books
Books may be purchased for about $50; some students may be eligible for financial assistance.
