Fall graduates may have received their diplomas already; however, Spring 2018 candidates should receive their diploma by mail after the start of the Fall semester (approximately in October). Make sure that your address is correct on the Student Information System. To change your address, you need to fill out a change-of-address form in the Admissions Office.

Please note that the Graduation Office will first certify your spring semester grades in order to issue a diploma. Your participation in the commencement ceremony does not indicate you completed all requirements for graduation. In the meantime, if you need proof of graduation, you may request an official copy of your transcripts from the Admissions and Records Office, or you can print an unofficial transcript from the Student Information System.

During the ceremony, only graduates will be able to take photographs on the stadium field. Photos and videotaping by guests may be done in the stadium stands.

GradImages is the official event photographer. Each student will have an individual photograph taken on stage. To ensure that you get a great picture, walk slowly up the ramp and pause to shake the hand of the College President or College Administrator. Approximately 24 hours after the ceremony, you will receive proofs and ordering information via email. The photographs are available in a variety of packages. After the ceremony there will be two photo stations in the parking lot west of the stadium. This is an excellent time to take pictures with faculty, family, and friends.
