Remember to pay your fees on (or before) the due date posted on the LACCD SIS Student Portal by credit, debit/ATM and electronic check! Want to pay in person? The LAVC Business Office accepts payments by check, cashiers' check, and money order.

Have You Paid Your Fall 2017 Fees in the New SIS Portal?

Los Angeles Valley College encourages all current students to check the new LACCD Student Information System (SIS) Student Portal to resolve any holds on student accounts before the noted payment deadline.

As part of the district-wide transition to the new SIS Student Portal, the Los Angeles Community College District moved over all student records from the current Student Information System to the new system. Since May 8, students have been able to check the new SIS Student Portal for any holds on their records due to an outstanding balance from Spring 2017 or prior. Students are advised to pay their fees on or before the due date posted on the new SIS Student Portal. Any fees for Summer 2017 courses must be made through the legacy SIS System

Payments can be made online through the new SIS Student Portal by credit card, debit/ATM card, or electronic check. Students who wish to pay their fees in the LAVC Business Office in the Student Union, should be aware that it will only accept payments by check, cashiers check and money order.

Please note: Students should be aware that starting in Spring 2018 he/she will be automatically dropped from their courses if their balance is not paid by the payment due date.

Students who are approved for a Board of Governor Fee Waiver or have anticipated financial aid, are sponsored by another government agency and the LAVC Business Office has received confirmation for the anticipated aid, are eligible for the Los Angeles College Promise, and/or gave a college approved plan contract will not be dropped.
