LAVC Family Resource Center Director to Participate in the Women and Girls Initiative

LAVC's Family Resource Center Director Marni Roosevelt was invited by Supervisor Sheila Kuehl to be a member of newly formed Women and Girls Initiative. This county-wide effort will focus on addressing issues such as health care, income inequality, domestic violence, sexual assault, and more that effect women and girls.

LAVC Family Resource Center Director to Participate in the Women and Girls Initiative

Marni Roosevelt, director of the LAVC Family Resource Center, has been selected by Supervisor Sheila Kuehl and other national and local leaders to be a part of county-wide effort called The Women and Girls Initiative.

Marni is thrilled to be invited to be a part of a team that will focus on finding solutions to the unique ways women and girls are impacted on issues like health care, income inequality, domestic violence, sexual assault, and more.
