LAVC Professor's Poetry is Being Published in the Altadena Poetry Review

Congratulations to LAVC Adjunct Assistant Professor Nancy Shiffrin for having her poetry published in the upcoming Altadena Poetry Review: Anthology 2017. She will read her newly published poetry at the book's "Poetry and Cookies Celebration" publication party on April 29 from 1-4 p.m. at the Altadena Public Library.

LAVC Professor's Poetry is Being Published in the Altadena Poetry Review

The Altadena Library has selected poetry by Nancy Shiffrin, adjunct assistant professor of English at LAVC, to be published in the upcoming issue of the Altadena Poetry Review: Anthology 2017.

Nancy will read her recently published work at the Friends of the Altadena Library's "Poetry and Cookies Celebration" book publication party on Saturday, April 29 from 1-4 p.m. at the Altadena Public Library at 600 East Mariposa in Altadena. The event is free and open to the public.

The Altadena Poetry Review: Anthology 2017 is a collection of work by 103 distinguished Southern California poets, and includes 169 poems of diverse styles, topics, genres, and perspectives. Poets in the Altadena/Pasadena/Greater Los Angeles area whose work was selected for this latest anthology will read their poetry at the publication party.
