     The CalWORKs Case Manager/Child Care Coordinator since 1998, Alicen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from CSU Northridge where she is currently working on her Masters Degree thesis in Early Childhood Education. As an active member of the County of Los Angeles Child Care Planning Committee, she is dedicated in working towards improving the overall child care infrastructure of Los Angeles. As an LAVC Alumni, she believes that education is the most important foundation one must have in life.
