     With a Master’s degree in English and a Minor in English as a Second Language, Bonnie began working at the CalWORKs Office of Los Angeles Valley College in 1995. At that time, she had 13 students. Today, hundreds of students are served daily through CalWORKs, and Bonnie meets many of them as a GAIN Coordinator and Facilitator for the Foundation of California Community Colleges’ Careers in Child Development Project.
