 The Monarchs'

                 Proud to be a Monarch!

Welcome to Los Angeles Valley College.  This is an exciting  time for our athletic programs, because of our facility              growth, in our new community service center and locker    room/weight room, end zone facility.  We are proud of  offering our student athletes a top rated athletic program  from beginning (recruiting them) to end! (matriculation)

It is the most rewarding accomplishment, to send our  students off to a four year school, working towards their  graduation.

We welcome our new president Dr. Erika Endrijonas and  our new Vice President of Administrative Affairs in Mike  Lee, to Valley College.  Athletics is under the supervision of  our Academic Affairs office Vice President, Karen Daar and  our dean of Academic Affairs, Rudy Besikof.  We are  looking forward to their leadership not only in athletics, but  with the total mission  and growth of our college.

Valley College has a long-standing tradition of success with  our athletic programs as witnessed by our LAVC Hall of  Fame.  Our staff and coaches are believers who are rooted,  grounded and committed to supporting the student success  of our student athletes.

Our vision is to offer academic support and academic  progress, along with athletic development in an exemplary  positive educational environment that promotes transfer to  four-year schools for our student athletes.

Our challenge is to generate spirit and enthusiasm among  our school community, for our athletic contests that  highlight the talents of our student athletes, within an ever-    changing student and faculty population.  We encourage all  students to get involved in ASU activities, clubs,  organizations and athletics, while attending Valley College,  to build friendships, positive experiences, bonding  relationships, and most of all, having fun in your  college  experience.

We invite you to promote Valley College, and be rooted,  grounded and committed to the Valley College Experience  with us!  Your support is very important to us.

 Valley Pride!      Go Monarchs!
