CSU
Prerequisite: Electronics
4A & B. This course is offered as a lecture section (Electronics 20A)
and a laboratory section (Electronics 20B).
Lecture, 3 hours; laboratory, 3 hours.
The
first course in linear circuit analysis and design. The lecture covers the
theory and operation of diodes and bipolar and field-effect transistors
with circuit analysis. Laboratory includes the design and evaluation of
bipolar and FET linear circuits using the oscilloscope and curve tracer.
Integrated circuits are introduced.
