PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

All jobs requiring more then 50 copies MUST be turned in to us for reproduction. The Self Service copiers are not made to handle large amounts of copies. Fill out a "Work Request" form available at the counter or download and email the online version.

Please Remember...

- 1 cent per copy per page -NOT- per side (charged to your department)

- Allow 3 or more working days for reprodcution

- 24-Hour turn around for exams and quizzes

- Notification of work completion will be placed in Campus mailbox (yellow slip)

How to email your work requests…

1. YOU MUST HAVE AN LAVC EMAIL ACCOUNT!
2. Download Reprographics Work Request form and fill it it. Click here to download Work Request form (DOC)
3. Email the form to us as an attachment (from your LAVC email account) at: reprographics@lavc.edu

* PDF files are preferred but we accept Microsoft Word and RTF’s (rich text format)

REMEMBER - All work requests will require a minimum of:
24 Hours for exams
72 Hours for all other work
