"Validating Sources and Integrating Quotes" Workshop

The LAVC Academic Resource Center (ARC) is offering a "Validating Sources and Integrating Quotes (MLA In-Text Citation and Works Cited Page)" workshop on Wednesday, May 22 from 1:30 - 3 p.m. in Library & Academic Resource Center (LARC) 212.

This workshop teaches MLA In-Text Citation and Works Cited Page. It is part of the Spring 2019 Writing Workshops series. If you attend 10 workshops in the series during the semester, you will receive a certificate and can receive attendance credit for EOPS, and/or CalWORKs.

The LAVC ARC, which is located on the second floor of the Library and Academic Resource Center, provides tutoring services and workshops to help you be more successful in your classes. Throughout the semester, it offers success skills workshops (such as time management, note taking, etc.), writing workshops, and Math 110 workshops.
