Even at times the Library is closed, current students, faculty and staff can access our extensive collection of online resources from any computer on or off campus . To access these resources from off campus, you need to be a current student. You will need to use your UIA account. Faculty and Staff can also access our online resources if they have an UIA login account. More information on UIA login accounts is available at http://www.lavc.edu/IT/facultyuia.html.

The Library is currently in a temporary building on the LAVC campus. We have arranged for currently enrolled LAVC students to have library checkout privileges at all of the other Los Angeles Community College Libraries while we are in our temporary facility (2-3 years). These libraries are able to provide you with study areas, book checkout, and the use of their online resources from computers in the library.
