- conduct a regional needs assessment
- update and improve exisiting equipment
- expand the school's participation in professional organizations and promote involvement by other community colleges
- extend the exisiting multi-faceted regional advisory committee of recognized experts in the New Media/Multimedia/Entertainment industry and other complementary and private entities
- establish and maintain the posting of curricular models and instructional models at the Economic and Workforce Development Website
- continue to develop and deliver in-service training activities for community college faculty
- sustain and execute new collaborative agreements with other regional centers
- implement additional model articulation agreements and collaborative partnerships with other K-12 schools, four-year universities, and/or private tarining institutions
- expand existing regional marketing products and activities
- acquire a higher level of in-depth expertise in industry-specific sections in the broader field of New Media/Multimedia Entertainment Industry
- write an annual initiative plan and set benchmarks for performance
