The Library is pleased to announce that off-campus access to all of our online resources is now available. For off-campus access, go to the Library’s home page at www.lavc.edu/library.html and click on the Electronic Information Resources Off-Campus Access link.

To access the online resources from off-campus you will need to log onto our system using your campus UIA (Universal Internet Access) ID and password. UIA accounts are automatically generated for all students and classroom faculty. No classroom faculty, staff and administrators who wish to access this system will need to submit a WSO request to have an account set up. More information on UIA accounts is available at www.lavc.edu/IT/facultyuia.html for faculty and www.lavc.edu/IT/studentuia.html for students.

Access to our online resources from on-campus will not change. Go to the Library’s home page at www.lavc.edu/library.html and click on the Electronic Information Resources On Campus Access link. No user ID or password is needed to access these resources from any computer on the campus network. For help in using any of these resources, contact the Library's Reference Desk at 818-947-2763.
