Coach Quiroz enters his third season as assistant coach, second under Head Coach Hang. Prior to LAVC, he assisted John H. Francis Polytechnic High School boy’s varsity team to the 1999 Los Angeles City Invitational Championship. Quiroz also assisted at Summit View and North Hollywood High school.

A product of John H. Francis Polytechnic High School of Sun Valley and a graduate of California State University Northridge, Quiroz earned his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in 2004.

Besides being apart of the Monarch women’s basketball program, Quiroz is a recreation Coordinator at Valley Plaza Recreation Center and a father to two beautiful daughters, Kassandra and Angelynn.
